WarioWare: Smooth Moves (Wii) Impressions

The GangBefore you get to reading about my thoughts on the new WarioWare game, you should probably know that I'm a bit biased.  I've loved every WarioWare game that's come out.  The complete randomness of the controls and the gameplay and the visuals makes the series AAA to me everytime.

So with that out the way…

WarioWare: Smooth Moves gives the players exactly what they would expect from a WarioWare game on the Wii.

  1. 200+ mini-games?  Check
  2. Hilarious Visuals?  Check
  3. Mii Integration?  Check
  4. Multiplayer Action?  …kinda…check?

So while I only have about an hour of multiplayer time to speak of, I can tell you that the depth of the experience is a little shallower then the GameCube version.  I would have liked to see multiple Wii Remotes used at the same time, so it's truly a party experience.

Single Player is short initially, but the longevity comes with unlocking all of the mini-games.

In conclusion: Smooth Moves is awesome, needs some more multiplayer.
